HOW WE WORK
ToBe Approach
We look at the body holistically and consider factors that may affect fertility—pelvic function, posture, movement patterns, scars, breathing, the nervous system, and the body’s overall ability to adapt to stress.
Therapy is tailored to each individual or couple, with respect for their unique situation. The goal is to support the body’s natural processes, improve its readiness for conception, and create the best possible conditions for pregnancy.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How many therapy sessions will I need?
It depends on your concerns and goals. We’ll set up a therapy plan together right after the initial consultation and review it regularly. For acute issues, a few sessions may be enough; for chronic conditions, we work long-term and sustainably.
How should I prepare for the first visit?
Come in comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Bring any medical reports or test results related to your concerns. Nothing else is needed—at the first meeting, we’ll go through your history and set up the next steps together.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a private facility, so our therapies are not currently covered by health insurance. Payment is made directly on-site according to the price list.
