PHYSIOTHERAPY
PsychosomaFyzio
Physiotherapy with an overlap into psychosomatics.
We focus on the connection between the body, emotions, and the nervous system. It’s based on the idea that the body and mind form one whole, and physical difficulties can also be linked to what we’re going through.
Psychosomatic difficulties are conditions where pain or tension appears without a clear physical cause. They’re often connected to stress, overload, or long-term tension.
HOW WE CAN HELP YOU
Helps with
recurring or changing difficulties
persistent problems despite negative medical tests
chronic pain (back, neck, head, pelvis) without a clear cause
long-term tension, stiffness, or a feeling of “pressure” in the body
physical signs of stress (e.g., worsening pain, digestive issues, fatigue)
feeling disconnected from your body or reduced awareness of your own needs
increased sensitivity, inner restlessness, or difficulty relaxing
the effects of challenging life periods or events that show up in the body
HOW WE WORK
Body, breath, nervous system — together.
We work individually and with respect for each client’s current needs and capacity. Through orientation, breath, movement, body awareness, and elements of Somatic Experiencing®, we support nervous system regulation, help release tension, and restore a sense of safety in the body.
The goal is greater balance, resilience, and a deeper understanding of what your body is communicating to you.
How does the therapy work?
PsychosomaFyzio combines a physiotherapy perspective on the body with an understanding of how stress, emotions, and the nervous system influence the development and persistence of symptoms.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How many therapy sessions will I need?
The number and frequency of sessions depend on your individual needs, symptoms, and goals. Following your initial consultation, we will work together to create a personalised therapy plan and review it regularly as your treatment progresses. For acute conditions, a small number of sessions may be enough. For chronic or more complex concerns, we take a longer-term approach, focusing on sustainable progress and lasting results.
How do I prepare for my first visit?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you have any medical reports, imaging, or test results related to your concerns, feel free to bring them with you. You don’t need to prepare anything else. During your first visit, we’ll go through your medical history together and plan the next steps.
Do you accept insurance?
We’re a private clinic, so our therapies are currently not covered by health insurance. Payment is made on site according to the price list.
