PREGNANCY SUPPORT
Pregnancy Support with a Doula
Support, guidance, and preparation for childbirth, the postpartum period, and breastfeeding.
Pregnancy is a time of great change, expectations, and questions. Every woman enters pregnancy with her own expectations, ideas, and questions about what lies ahead. Doula support provides a space where you can pause, get the information you need, and prepare for birth in a way that respects your needs, values, and visions.
Together, we explore topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, and breastfeeding. We help you identify your expectations, fears, and wishes so that you can enter childbirth with greater certainty, confidence, and an understanding of what is important to you.
WHO IS THIS SUPPORT FOR

HOW WE WORK
The ToBe approach
We help women prepare for childbirth, better understand their needs and expectations, and gain greater confidence during pregnancy. The support also includes working with a rebozo to promote relaxation, create space for the baby, and support optimal fetal positioning, as well as preparation for the postpartum period and breastfeeding.
With respect, support, and trust in the natural strength of a woman and her body.
How does the therapy work?
The therapy is gentle, slow, and respectful of the woman’s current state.
Using a rebozo shawl, we utilize:
- gentle movements and rocking
- tension release
- breath and relaxation support
- pelvic and bodywork techniques
We tailor each session to the individual needs of the client.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How many sessions will I need?
The number and frequency of sessions depend on your individual needs, symptoms, and goals. Following your initial consultation, we will work together to create a personalised therapy plan and review it regularly as your treatment progresses. For acute conditions, a small number of sessions may be enough. For chronic or more complex concerns, we take a longer-term approach, focusing on sustainable progress and lasting results.
How should I prepare for my first visit?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you have any medical reports, imaging, or test results related to your concerns, feel free to bring them with you. You don’t need to prepare anything else. During your first visit, we’ll go through your medical history together and plan the next steps.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a private facility, so our therapies are currently not covered by health insurance. Payment is made directly on-site according to the pricelist.
