HOW WE WORK
The ToBe approach
In therapy, we primarily use gentle osteopathic approaches, including craniosacral therapy, visceral techniques, and mobilisation. These techniques help release tension in the tissues, support the natural mobility of the internal organs, improve circulation, and regulate the nervous system.
How therapy works
Step 1 — Assessment
Osteopathic assessment of the whole body. A therapy plan for long-term relief.
Step 2 — Therapy
Individual steps towards long-term relief.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your symptoms and your goal. We’ll set the therapy plan together right after the initial consultation and review it as we go. For acute issues, a few sessions may be enough; for chronic issues, we work longer-term and sustainably.
How do I prepare for my first visit?
Come in comfortable clothes that you can move in easily. Bring any medical reports or test results related to your symptoms. Nothing else is needed – at the first appointment we’ll go through your medical history and set the next steps together.
Do you accept insurance?
We’re a private clinic, so our therapies are currently not covered by health insurance. Payment is made on site according to the price list.
