THE TOBE APPROACH
Body, breath, nervous system — together.
At ToBe, we don’t look at the pelvic floor in isolation. We see it as part of the whole body, connected to breathing, posture, movement, the nervous system, and a person’s life experiences.
In therapy, we use manual techniques, movement, breathing exercises, education, and individual recommendations. The assessment may also include an internal pelvic floor examination (vaginal or rectal), always performed with your informed consent and in a safe, respectful environment.
What does the first visit look like?
Step 1 — Assessment
Medical history, examination of the pelvic floor and related areas. Together, we’ll identify the cause and propose a therapy plan.
Step 2 — Therapy
Individual sessions tailored to your treatment plan. We combine gentle manual and visceral techniques with active exercise.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How many therapy sessions will I need?
The number and frequency of sessions depend on your individual needs, symptoms, and goals. Following your initial consultation, we will work together to create a personalised therapy plan and review it regularly as your treatment progresses. For acute conditions, a small number of sessions may be enough. For chronic or more complex concerns, we take a longer-term approach, focusing on sustainable progress and lasting results.
How do I prepare for the first visit?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you have any medical reports, imaging, or test results related to your concerns, feel free to bring them with you. You don’t need to prepare anything else. During your first visit, we’ll go through your medical history together and plan the next steps.
Do you accept insurance?
We’re a private clinic, so our therapies are currently not covered by health insurance. Payment is made on site according to the price list.
